Good evening Carla. I don't mean to annoy you. I never heard back. July 1st is the official deadline to obtain various health policies that stayed available for COVID-19 and we're closing files. As mentioned, the policies include nationwide PPO networks with $0 deductibles. The policies allow you to secure a fixed rate, choose your start date, and there will not be required payment until you want your policy to begin, but the option to set out the effective date will become unavailable as of Wednesday. Should I close your file or keep it open and send a full range of rates for you to review and compare? |

Hey Carla! It's Brooke. As mentioned, health rates will discontinue this week and I want to make sure you're covered. Did you want to lock in a rate to keep a health policy on file even if you don't end up taking it? Remember, you can't pay anything today even if you wanted to because you're not approved yet. You could even wait until as man as 45 days out to make your first payment. Would you like a list of options sent by email? |

I've been asked to remove your health coverage file from the list and you will no longer qualify for the modified rates. We have to do this for clients who have yet to hear from. The only way to stay eligible and I can keep it open to send a list of quotes by email is for you to reply with that request for just that. I'm happy with either route you choose. What are you thinking? Should I close your file or leave it open? |

Hey Carla, I never heard back regarding health coverage. September 15th is the official deadline for you to obtain modified health policies with nationwide PPO coverage and low deductibles. As you may know, you don't have to make your first payment until as late as October, but the option to set out the effective date will become unavailable as of Tuesday. I don't want to annoy you with calls. Would it be easier to send the range of rates by text/email? |
